Birthday Parties!
We love to host ‘Woodland Birthday Parties’ and these have been extremely popular, successful, and well enjoyed by all ages.
Party Package 1 - New Prices from June 2024
This party session is structured for 1 hour and 45 mins and can be on a Saturday afternoon 2.00pm-3.45pm or on a Sunday morning from 10.00am–11.45am. It would cost £200.00, a deposit of £100 will be taken 6 months before, to secure the date. The party package is priced for 20 children, though more can be added for £10 per head. During this time children will be able to take part in lots of wonderful craft activities. This will be tailored to your chosen theme and age group but will include making a Wood Cookie keepsake necklace and a clay model. We can also offer making bird feeders, potions, magic wands, and a planting activity too.
The party will include a theme related treasure hunt/trail as guests arrive and near the end of the party there will be time for hide and seek and a campfire where we will make ‘Woodland Smores’ to enjoy - toasted marshmallows in-between biscuits or instead, apples dipped in melted chocolate or sugar and cinnamon. You are welcome to also request hot dogs for your hungry guests, which is just £10.00 and covers all the children eating these. Children can enjoy hot chocolate or squash around the campfire too at the end and you are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes to hand out as they leave. We will of course light candles and sing Happy Birthday in Basecamp! It really is a special moment.
Party Plus Package 2 - New Prices from June 2024
This party package is structured for 2 hours 15 minutes and designed for those who want more time in the woods, with extra children included as well as woodland smores, hot dogs and campfire popcorn all included. It is for 23 children with a cost of £240, and a deposit of £120 will be taken 6 months before, to secure the date. These parties can be on a Saturday afternoon 2.00-4.15pm or Sunday Morning 9.45am-12 noon. All of the same crafts and treasure hunt are included in both packages.
Bushcraft Skills Party Package 3 for children Ages 8+ years
This is a new addition to our popular parties for older children. There will be 3 adults, working for 2 hours 15 minutes, for a group of 20 to take part in tool work, including woodland knives to whittle a kebab stick for cooking, flint and steels to practise making mini fires, building a large campfire, using hammers and mallets to create natural dye art, as well as hammers and nails, wood cookies and dream catchers. This party includes smores, hot dogs and luxury hot chocolate or squash. Adults will work 1:1/1:2 with whittling and flint and steels. This party will cost £250 and a deposit of £125 will be taken 6 months before, to secure the date.

If you would like extra children, for either package, there is a charge of £10.00 per child, as an additional cost. Our maximum would be 30 children. We will send a safety information sheet, which would be good to share with party guests and a Worcester Woodland Explorers party Invitation Template too.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A Party deposit of 50% will be requested 6 months in advance. If a party is booked more than 6 months in advance we will ask for a £15 deposit, which is non-refundable, and then this will be taken off remaining deposit balance. Cancellations made 4 months before the party date, will receive a £40.00 refund. Cancellations made up to 90 days before the party date will not receive a refund as we will have turned down other parties during that time and may not be able to replace it.
