Birthday Parties!
Woodland Party Packages from January 2027…
Our award winning parties are both popular and well-structured, giving children free-time to explore our big woodland areas, organised themed crafts and activities (such as clay, hapa zome, wood cookies and planting) scavenger hunt, campfire food, songs and games. Parents just need to bring a cake and party bags and we organise the rest! From feedback given, we are tailoring our parties to just 2 packages for 2027, giving a good mix of everything we offer in 2 simpler formats:
2027 Woodland Package: £280 for up to 23 children, we offer 2 hours of woodland play, led by 2 adults, with themed crafts, scavenger hunt and cooking s'mores, hot dogs and campfire popcorn, with luxury hot chocolate and squash provided. Our beautiful basecamp area is perfect for singing happy birthday around and children get to take everything home they make.
Extra children can be added for £12 per child. Age 2+
2027 Bushcraft Package: £310 for Age 8+ for up to 20 children for 2 hours 15. This is led by 3 adults and includes taking part in small group bushcraft sessions such as whittling, flint and steel, building a campfire, sawing, hammers and nails craft, clay, hapa zome and full use of our woodland areas. Children will enjoy s'mores, hot dogs and campfire popcorn, with luxury hot chocolate and squash as well as playing hide and seek to end. They take everything home they create.

We are happy to discuss a theme your child may like; these are our most popular:
‘Magic and Dragons’, ‘Space’, ‘Minibeasts’, ‘Fairies and Elves’, ‘The Gruffalo’, ‘Woodland Animals’, ‘Dinosaurs’, ‘Nature Detectives’, ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’, ‘Fairy tales’, ‘Jungle’ and ‘Superheroes’.
If you would like extra children, for either package, there is a charge of £12.00 per child, as an additional cost. Our maximum would be 30 children. We will send a safety information sheet, which would be good to share with party guests and a Worcester Woodland Explorers party Invitation Template too.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A Party deposit of 50% will be requested 6 months in advance. If a party is booked more than 6 months in advance we will ask for a £30 deposit, which is non-refundable, and then this will be taken off remaining deposit balance. Cancellations made 4 months before the party date, will receive a £40.00 refund. Cancellations made up to 90 days before the party date will not receive a refund as we will have turned down other parties during that time and may not be able to replace it.
